Guarantee On Cell Phones

The guarantee on cell phones have a period of 12 months in a general meaning. Which can be considered a after-sales guarantee. We control stictly on the quality before shipping out. In case you got a cell phone with faulty please contact us and get solved soon.

1. If you find your cell phone doesn't work with its descripted fuctions , you can contact us in 1 week from your receiving it to arrange a ship back for change or any other solution.  DOESN'T WORK indicates the fuctions on the phone not working, not refer to any extended fuctions that customer consider it should have.

2. If your cell phone got problem in 12 months after you receive it, please contact us to get help or you can ship it back to get repaired.

3. The guarantee only refer to the cell phone itself, not including any accessories and given-gifts. The guarantee only refer to the fuctions problem (which happened with regular use but not man-caused problem, like put the cell in water, throw it on the ground, let it in the fire, etc.) The outlook is not with guarantee.

4. Customer who send back the cell phones should cover the freight back to China if it is in 1 week-return case, while to cover the double shipping cost if it is for repair within 12 months.

5. If your cell phone is not under our guarantee, we still offer after-sales service to help you to solve any problem that we can, just please contact us if you need our help.

7. We strongly remind you to read the cell phones' specification carefully before your buying it, to see if it is of your use.  You can contact us if you need our help. If the phone doesn't work because of following problems, that is not with our guarantee:  

A: Problems during use caused by local GSM server.

B: TV fuction not work because your location doesn't support Analog TV while the phone is of Analog TV, at the same time there are different kinds of Analog(check here: Different TV Systems of all countries) Please check before buy and use. Web TV can be used only when you're connected to internet.  Digital TV will require you to pay and then watch.

C: WiFi not work because of your using problem or there is no WiFi hot-spot or any reason that is not the phone problem. Because all WiFi is checked before shipping out and they are all ready for use.

D: GPS doesn't work because of your not using correctly or there is no Satellite Covering or you don't have a local map.

E: GPRS not work because you don't have the service support from your GSM server.

F: Any other problems that you don't have the correct use or backup support.

G: You don't like the phone after you receive it. We don't guarantee your like or not like which should be your responsibility before hand.

Please always note: We not take the responsibility of your testing to see if the phone you buy can be used in your location. 

Please read this carefully: If customer ship back a phone saying it has problem, but after we receive it and found it working well. We will not accept change or refund but re-send the phone back to customer and under this case customers need to pay for the shipping cost also. In case customer insist change or get refund, we will credit your returned phone with a amount - 80% of the phone's price(not includes ship cost) - either current price or the price you buy at - we will use the lower price to credit for you.
